The Catalunya RX 2020 will be held on October 17th and 18th
The FIA and World RX have approved the new date for the Catalunya RX 2020, which will take place the weekend of 17th-18th October at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The sixth edition of the World RX of Catalunya-Barcelona already has a new date: the weekend of 17th and 18th October, 2020. The FIA, together with the World RX international promoter as well as the different promoters and circuits involved in the calendar of rallycross competition, have reached an agreement to re-establish the season’s schedule. After several weeks of analysis, assessment of the current situation of the pandemic and the specific needs of the sport, they have confirmed that the Catalunya RX will be able to take place next fall.
The Catalunya RX and the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya are already working on the specific safety plan that will need to be followed to maintain social distances and follow the health regulations that will be established over the coming weeks. This will ensure that all spectators, drivers and teams can enjoy the event without worry. Likewise, this new date is subject to modifications according to the evolution of the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
Tickets valid for October
All those people who had already purchased their tickets for the Catalunya RX that was originally to be held this April, will not have to carry out any procedures. The tickets will be valid for the new event date.
As it is explained at the purchase conditions, in case that the event changes its date (as it is the case), no refunds will be made.
